This document briefly outlines a plan to transform my traditional face-to-face Spanish classroom into a blended learning environment. It follows the blueprint for developing and implementing blended learning programs as outlined in Blended: Using Disruptive Innovation to Improve Schools (Horn and Staker, 2014). The assignment aimed to guide us on creating blended structures that fit in our existing teaching environment. November, 2015.
