The Critical Challenge Question
How can Learning Management Systems (LMS and/or Non-LMS) help me develop courses where students learn in the best way for them (teacher-structured/ personalized), while providing me with the tools
I require for efficient and efficacious presentation, moderation, support, and assessment (for, as, and of learning)?
The assignments I chose to illustrate my learning in 504- Learning Systems were fundamental to answer the Critical Challenge Question.
The thoughtful selection of the tools that help us engage, facilitate and support students on their learning are as important as the selection of tools that assist us organizing, developing, assessing and managing all the "behind the scenes" aspects of teaching.
I believe that the most efficient way explore and select tools is collaborating with colleagues, observing and asking students for feedback. Developing a certain sense of confidence using technology fundamental to maximize our results.

Evidence to Support Outcome
I two video simple video lessons used as part of a jigsaw activity where we learned about Learning Management Systems (LMS). My team was assigned to work with Moodle and we decided to learn about each other's topic by producing video tutorials. The first video tutorial shows how to add assignments into Moodle and the second how to add and manage discussion groups.
